Harcourts Property Centre began in 2016 with just six employees and no properties under management. From those humble beginnings, it has grown into one of Australia’s fastest-rising real estate businesses, now home to more than 200 team members across 11 branches and transacting in excess of $1.5 billion worth of South East Queensland property.
The business was founded by Aaron Brooks and Sam Devlin, later joined by Nathan O’Neill, with each director bringing their own experience, drive, and vision. Together, they have built a business grounded in culture, connection, and a deep commitment to doing right by their people and clients.
Aaron Brooks’ career in real estate spans more than three decades, including over a decade as CEO of Harcourts Group where he was instrumental in expanding the brand across Australia. Sam Devlin entered the industry in 2006, quickly establishing himself as an award-winning auctioneer before joining forces with Aaron to launch Harcourts Property Centre. Nathan O’Neill started even earlier, purchasing Harcourts Gympie at just 19 years old, making him the youngest business owner in the Harcourts network. Since then, he has grown and led multiple successful offices across regional Queensland and the Sunshine Coast, cementing his reputation as one of the group’s leading commercial and residential operators.
What unites Aaron, Sam, and Nathan is more than just business — their partnership is built on mateship, shared values, and a belief that long-term success comes from investing in people, leveraging technology, and maintaining a client-first approach. This culture has been the driving force behind Harcourts Property Centre’s rapid growth and continues to shape its future as a leading force in Australian real estate.
