Wayne Hartley

Interacting with an extremely wide variety of people from all walks of life has been a key aspect in Wayne Hartley’s highly successful and prolific real estate career which began in 1995. With the experience and knowledge gained over this time, Wayne is exceptionally qualified to shed light on how best to buy and sell property in all circumstances and market conditions.

Wayne’s first step into the profession was with a major real estate franchise office in Sydney, where he worked for nine years. Whilst there, he progressed from the young “gofer”, through property management and onto becoming recognised as one of the Top 10 salespeople in that national franchise.

Wayne and his wife Amanda moved their young family to Brisbane’s Bayside in 2004 with the twin goals of owning their own real estate business and of providing a lifestyle for the children that they could not do in Sydney. Within two years of arriving Wayne had purchased Doust Realty which he later renamed Redlands Realty and built into one of the largest and most respected independent real estate firms in the Redlands.

In 2023 Redlands Realty merged with Harcourts Property Centre. This merger has allowed Wayne to step aside from the time-consuming tasks of running the business, supervising property management, and assisting other staff members. He now focusses solely on assist his clients reach their real estate goals.

A devoted family man, Wayne constantly strives to achieve a good work/life balance. Wayne attributes his success to a high level of professionalism, plenty of hard work and the constructive relationships he has built and continues to build with his clients and customers. Wayne is persistent, but not pushy and is someone who works exceptionally hard for his clients. A very authentic person, Wayne acts with ethics and integrity always with his personal motto being “just be a good human”.
