David began his career in commercial real estate in the early 2000s, building a strong foundation in retail and commercial leasing before moving into entrepreneurship. In 2005, he founded Hats Online, one of Australia’s earliest e commerce platforms in the promotional hats & clothing uniforms. Over 18 years, he grew the business from startup to servicing more than 15,000 customers nationwide, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities business owners face.
