Rowena Gill
Sales Agent
Harcourts Property Centre BeenleighMy love for our corner of the world started early and naturally led me into real estate. I still remember chatting with my parents’ agent — who later became my mentor — and discovering how rewarding it is to connect with people and help them achieve their property goals.
With mentoring from some of the industry’s most successful real estate agents and auctioneers, I’ve built a strong foundation and achieved great success in my business. This guidance has given me invaluable insight into property development, residential sales, and how to consistently deliver exceptional results in this specialised field.
Over the years, I’ve been recognised among the top performers in the industry — achieving Captains Club status as one of the top 15% of sales agents nationally with my previous employer. I’ve also been honoured as Kingston’s Agent of the Year in 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2022; Woodridge’s Agent of the Year in 2024; and named among Australia’s Top 100 Agents in 2025. In 2015, I became a fully licensed real estate agent to ensure my qualifications remain current and to continue providing the highest level of service and professionalism to my clients.
Having lived in the Kingston and Logan City region for most of my life, I’ve built a deep bond with our community. I attended local schools, and my family continues to have strong ties here — my youngest son attends Groves Christian College, while my eldest graduated from there in 2016. I’ve proudly called postcode 4114 home since 1982, and after 16 years in real estate, my passion for helping local families and investors achieve their property dreams is stronger than ever.
