Once known as one of Queensland’s “young guns” in real estate, Sam Devlin now brings nearly two decades of experience and a career involvement in more than $3 billion worth of property transactions to the table.

Having worked across every facet of the industry — from Leasing and Business Development to Sales — Sam went on to establish himself as one of Australia’s leading Auctioneers before taking on his current role as Co-Managing Director of Harcourts Property Centre. Together with his fellow directors, Sam has been a driving force behind the rapid growth of Harcourts Property Centre, now Harcourts Australia’s number one office.

Leading a team of over 200 property professionals across their 11 South East QLD offices, Sam plays a hands-on role in supporting and developing his people. Whether it’s providing deal support, calling auctions, delivering training, or offering personalised strategic guidance, his focus remains firmly on the continued success and growth of the business.
