Harcourts Property Centre is proud to announce the opening of its newest office in Birkdale, further strengthening our commitment to serving the Redlands and Bayside communities.

This exciting addition complements our established network across Wellington Point, Cleveland, and Wynnum Manly, expanding our reach while staying true to our philosophy of building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional client service.

At the forefront of our Birkdale office are respected local agents Andrew South and Levi Van Dijk. After 17 successful years leading their own business, Andrew and Levi have chosen to join Harcourts Property Centre. Their decision was driven by a desire to provide their clients with the added strength, resources, and support of HPC — while ensuring their entire team could continue working together from the same familiar location.

Core to their decision was the fact the entire team could stay intact, continuing to serve clients from the same location but with the added support and resources of HPC. The group blends industry stalwarts Jamie Baker, Cassandra Tranent, and Lesley Dewberry with the energy and enthusiasm of Silde Canda, Sharon Adams, Lisa Mao, Chantelle West, and BDM Tilly Downie.
