Even though there were many gliches that were out of her control and down the line before our sale, Carmen was a great negotiator and held things so well together that it enabled both the buyer and the seller (us) to achieve our goals. It was our first ever house sale after 35 years and we were cautious of the whole process beforehand. So pleased with the whole process.
