Levi Van Dijk

Great to deal with, helped us alot with our first home.
great bayside knowledge

During a tough market, Levi went above and beyond to ensure we achieved the result we were after. Whilst it took longer than I hoped, he's persistance, perserverance and patience really shone through. He always kept me updated, and his negotiation skills with the buyer ended up being invaluable. Very grateful for the result, and a very big thank you for helping us move on with the next chapter. If you're looking to sell, I couldn't recommend a better agent. Thank you Levi!

Levi was extremely professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. His local knowledge and negotiation skills were of the highest standard. Levi always kept me updated throughout the process and worked hard to get a great result. A very big thank you!

Levi is a pleasure to work with. His sincere support and guidance has made the process of selling the house of our belated mother smoothly. His professionalism and knowledge, his commitment and dedication was evident throughout this process. Levi kept us informed and communicated with us weekly. We are very grateful to Levi and wish him the very best.

Excellent market knowledge.
Kept us informed throughout the whole process.
Will definitely use next time .

Levi was excellent. He made the process of buying our first home so seamless and stress-free. Genuinely cannot fault him!! Levi was transparent and honest with us from the get go. He went out of his way to help us secure our property, no matter the time or day. Thank you Levi!!

Levi was great to work with.
His communication is great, keeping me up to date throughout the entire process making sure everything was seamless.

He even helped months prior to selling and spent a lot of time with me to ensure we took the right steps of selling while still having tenants in place.

My Redlands agent for life! Highly recommend!

Everything was fantastic Levi and office staff. I have used Levi twice now and he is so helpful and a very good at his job.

Levi was approachable, pragmatic, straightforward and sincere. We felt his approach was genuine and authentic; very non-salesman-like. He made us feel valued and shared in our excitement for buying our first home.

With other realestate agents we've come across, it was always clear they were working for the seller. Levi made us feel like we were equally important in this rather weighty transaction.

Levi was a pleasure to deal with. Straightforward and honest in all transactions.

Levi was a breath of fresh air.
He provided communication almost every day and he provided the price we wanted
My wife and I would absolutely recommend Levi to our friends and family.

Dealing with Levi was a refreshing experience. After months of searching, we were getting disheartened with property quality and some agent's 'sale' tactics.
Levi was honest, transparent, not pushy and extremely helpful...which continued long after contracts was signed. He presented our offer (on a Sunday while he was with his children) which was agreed to and remained in constant contact for further building inspections etc.
After 40 years of property investing, Levi is a true professional .

After meeting a number of agents during the many months we were looking for a house, Levi was by far the best we have come across. Extremely honest and upfront with what the sellers were looking for, told us exactly what we needed to do and helped us get exactly the house we were looking for. Great local knowledge of the market and would 100% use him again in the future.

There knowledge was very good
They explained themselves very well
They always kept us up to date on all inspections and were very courteous to both of us

Dealing with Levi was easy. He always got back to us when we had a query and no query was too small. It was great to deal with him.

Levi’s extensive experience in the industry and fantastic attitude, enabled him to provide me with informed options and helped me confidently make decisions. The sale of my property was effortless, fast and exactly within the price range we had discussed. I was more than satisfied with Levi’s service and recommended him to anyone looking to sell!

Leivi was great to deal with. Very helpful, and even helped with some advice on the purchase of our other property. He sold our house after the 1st open home at a great price. Thanks Leivi

Great Result

We hired Levi to sell our property and we were extremely happy with his experience and knowledge of the market in our area. We sold the property after our first Open House receiving our advertised price. A big thank you to Levi and everyone at First National Real Estate By The Bay.

Best agent in the Redlands

This is the second time we have engaged Levi as our real estate agent. Our experience with him on both occasions was excellent from start to finish. What we liked most about Levi was his honesty and timeliness in his communication - not to mention his ability to get us the best price for our homes. If you’re thinking of selling, your first call must be to Levi!

Levi has now sold 2 of our properties so far & would never go through anyone else. Levi is professional, easy to deal with & kept us updated during the whole process. He works extremely hard & always strives 100% to get the best results possible. This man definitely knows the business & is highly skilled. As I would say “Levi you are an absolute Real Estate Legend!” And would not hesitate to recommend him to sell your property! Thank you for once again making the process so simple.

Unbeatable knowledge of the Bayside area. I have known Levi since he first started in Real Estate as a young boy. He was a stand out then and has climbed the ladder of success co owning his own Ray White franchise. He has sold multiple properties for me and I have never been disappointed in any way. He is my GO TO agent in the Bayside and surrounds. Thank you, once again Levi

Nothing but professionalism from beginning to end from Levi. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the team at Ray White Birkdale.
