Peter Kramer

Peter approaches challenges head-on and is known for finding practical solutions, no matter how complex the situation. Given his calm, considered demeanour, his passionate interest in real estate and marketing is perhaps, surprising, but his commitment to the industry and his clients cannot be questioned.

Since commencing his real estate sales career in 2007, Peter has accomplished results across a variety of economic environments, property types and price ranges. Given his experience, Peter still recognises he is in an industry where there is always something to learn. When Peter first graduated he capitalised on his wide knowledge and understanding of computers to sell in a specialist multi-national store, where his people and sales skills were quickly recognised and he was promoted to manager.

He moved with the company from New South Wales to Cleveland and decided to look for new challenges when he realised he would not be given enough power to make a difference in the company and would have a limited professional capacity. Real estate had instant appeal for Peter. “I do exactly what I say I am going to do. I am honest and realistic and I don’t want anything for nothing. I’m also very proud of the amount of repeat and referral business I receive” he said. When asked to describe their experience, clients most commonly refer to Peter as honest, genuine and professional, regularly praising his willingness to go above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome.

Away from real estate, Peter’s greatest passion is music. An avid guitarist and live music enthusiast, he enjoys attending concerts and performances. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him tending to his bonsai trees or caring a little too much about his lawn.
