Tom brings more than 30 years of international executive, investment and advisory experience to his role with Prestige by Harcourts Property Centre, offering clients a highly strategic and commercially disciplined approach to prestige property across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

A licensed real estate agent with a chartered accountant background and former Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of a major superannuation fund, Tom has led complex investment, governance and asset-management decisions at institutional scale. His background includes property-related investment assessment, financial analysis, stakeholder alignment, major negotiations and the strategic requalification of significant real estate assets.

Tom’s broader advisory perspective is reflected through Tom Pellegrini & Partners, his boutique strategic advisory practice. Through Harcourts Property Centre, and particularly its Prestige division where appropriate, Tom works with property owners, buyers and Australian and international investors who value discretion, preparation, market insight and careful execution.
