Harcourts Property Centre is accelerating its growth trajectory into 2026 through a series of strategic acquisitions and the launch of a premier inner-city Brisbane office. Building upon a landmark 2025 that witnessed significant team expansion and the opening of locations in Tewantin and Birkdale, the firm is solidifying its position as a dominant force in South East Queensland real estate. This strategic expansion highlights the company’s commitment to trust, professionalism, and diligence as the foundation of its ongoing commercial success.

Co-Managing Director Sam Devlin confirmed the agency’s continued momentum, announcing these strategic milestones to the team recently. Effective the 1st of May, Harcourts Property Centre will officially acquire the property management business of McGrath Cleveland, led by respected Bayside real estate figure Pamela Nielson, alongside the broader McGrath Cleveland sales business. Furthermore, the agency has secured the purchase of Bay City Estate Agents, formerly Ray White Capalaba, welcoming the team led by Dave Hardman into the Harcourts network on the same date.

To further strengthen its market footprint, the company has executed a lease at 15 Malt Street to launch Harcourts Property Centre New Farm / The Valley. This new 300-square-metre office will serve as a dynamic hub for the firm’s rapidly expanding commercial division, its Prestige Sales division, and a newly established Project Marketing arm led by Gary Thompson.

Co-Managing Director Nathan O’Neill emphasised that this expansion represents a pivotal step in the company’s long-term corporate strategy. These acquisitions across the Redlands and the expansion into Brisbane’s inner north are fundamental to the vision of creating a comprehensive South East Queensland servicing agency. The overarching goal is to provide a complete real estate solution, stretching from Noosa through to the northern Gold Coast, seamlessly integrating property management, residential and prestige sales, commercial services, and project marketing.

Underpinning this rapid growth is a steadfast dedication to educational and professional excellence. Co-Managing Director Aaron Brooks noted that the agency’s success relies entirely on a people-first philosophy. The business is built on empowering great people, providing a robust platform that supports continuous learning, and retaining top-tier talent. The leadership team remains focused on delivering the highest level of diligent service to their staff, clients, and the wider community.

Looking to the future, Harcourts Property Centre remains firmly in growth mode. The directors are actively seeking opportunities to recruit additional sales and commercial professionals across all eleven of their locations, with sights firmly set on further strategic expansion across the Sunshine Coast throughout 2026. Through a strengthened footprint and an unwavering investment in its people, Harcourts Property Centre continues to operate as one of the most dynamic real estate businesses in the region.
