Harcourts Property Centre Celebrates Major Success at Harcourts International & Australian Awards

Brisbane, Queensland — Harcourts Property Centre has cemented its position as one of the leading real estate businesses in Australia and the global Harcourts network, following an outstanding performance at the 2026 Harcourts International and Australian Awards.

The business was recognised with multiple franchise, office and individual awards, highlighting its continued growth, market leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across South East Queensland.

Among the headline achievements, Harcourts Property Centre was awarded:

  • #1 Harcourts Australia Franchise
  • #2 International Property Management Office Growth
  • #2 Harcourts Australia Property Management Office Growth
  • #2 Harcourts Australia Property Management Office – Organic Growth
  • Top 5 International Franchise
  • #3 International Office – Coorparoo
  • #2 Harcourts Australia Residential Office (Coorparoo)

The awards reflect another year of significant growth for the business, which now operates from 12 locations across South East Queensland and is home to more than 250 property professionals.

Co-Managing Director Sam Devlin said the awards were a testament to the people behind the business.

“Whilst we’re incredibly proud of the awards, the reality is that these results are not achieved by individuals. They are achieved by an extraordinary team of people who show up every day committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Every sale, every property managed, every marketing campaign, every phone call and every client interaction contributes to results like these. We are fortunate to have some of the best people in the industry and these awards belong to all of them.”

Co-Managing Director Aaron Brooks said the recognition reflected years of disciplined growth and investment in people, systems and culture.

“We have always believed that if we focus on our people, our clients and delivering a consistently high standard of service, the results will follow.

To be recognised amongst the top businesses not only in Australia but internationally is incredibly rewarding, however our focus remains firmly on continuing to improve and continuing to create opportunities for our people and our clients.”

The awards night also celebrated several outstanding individual achievements.

Pat Ivey Recognised as Australia’s Number One Sales Consultant

For the second consecutive year, Pat Ivey was recognised as the #1 Sales Consultant in Australia, while also securing a position as the #8 Sales Consultant Internationally.

Nathan O’Neill, Co-MD, said Pat’s success reflected much more than sales volume.

“To reach number one is difficult. To stay there is even harder.

Pat’s consistency, professionalism and commitment to his clients continue to set the benchmark for our industry. What makes his achievement even more impressive is the team around him. Jewlie Halliday, Igor Klaric, Nick Sestic and Jonny Brennan have all played significant roles in creating a business that continues to perform at an elite level year after year.”

Historic Achievement for Carmen Briggs

The evening also marked a historic milestone for Carmen Briggs, who became the first sales consultant in Harcourts Australia’s history to be awarded a One Billion Dollar Pin, recognising more than $1 billion in settled career sales.

Mr Devlin said the achievement represented one of the most significant milestones ever achieved within the Harcourts network.

“A billion dollars in settled sales is far more than a number. It represents decades of trust, thousands of client relationships and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Carmen is one of the most respected professionals in Australian real estate and this recognition is richly deserved. We are incredibly proud to see her become the first person in Harcourts Australia’s history to reach this milestone.”

Other notable individual achievements included:

  • Casey Languillon receiving the Harcourts Australia Client Experience Award
  • Dimitri Loukaras being recognised as the #2 International Property Management Listing Consultant
  • Nine Harcourts Property Centre sales consultants being ranked amongst the Top 100 Sales Consultants in Australia

Looking Forward

With almost 3,000 properties under management, 12 offices across South East Queensland and continued expansion across residential sales, property management, project marketing and advisory services, Harcourts Property Centre remains focused on growth while maintaining its commitment to client experience.

Mr Devlin said the business would use the awards as motivation rather than a destination.

“We are proud of what we’ve achieved, but we’re not interested in resting on our laurels.

Better never stops.

Our responsibility now is to continue improving, continue innovating and continue delivering the finest real estate experience possible for our clients and communities. That’s the standard we’ve set for ourselves and that’s the standard we’ll continue to pursue.”
