Chrissie Baker

Chrissie Baker has an extensive knowledge and experience in many aspects of selling
residential real estate for over 25 years.

She has achieved immense success working with clients in Noosa and New Zealand, assisting
them to make life changing decisions and is recognised for her high level of service, attention to
detail, rating communication as a top priority.

From 2001 – 2016 Chrissie worked as a sales advisor for Ryman Healthcare one of the top
performing companies on the NZ share market specialising in construction and management of
retirement villages. The villages were sold from plans and her role also entailed selling resale
stock, sourcing prospects, working in the community to foster relationships and hosting and
speaking at events and local clubs promoting Ryman Healthcare and their services. She was
awarded Sales Advisor of the Year in 2014 for the entire Ryman Group in New Zealand and
Australia

From 2016 to 2019 Chrissie sold high end properties based at the successful Barfoot &
Thompson St Heliers waterfront branch in Auckland, New Zealand.

After visiting and holidaying in Noosa for 20 years Chrissie moved to live in Noosa at the end of
2019 and continues to work in the real estate sector.

Outside of work Chrissie enjoys walking, especially the National Park, swimming, kayaking &
boating with her partner, spending quality time connecting with friends and family and nurturing
relationships. She has a natural flair for interior design often assists in staging properties coming
to the market.

Chrissie’s ability to build strong relationships coupled with a caring, patient & professional
attitude has resulted in lifelong friendships and ongoing connections.
